So I have high cholesterol, it seems.  The doctor called me back yesterday morning to say that he was mostly concerned about my bad cholesterol (which is about 165 and he would prefer it below 100).  He said that if I “were 300 pounds, I’d just tell you to lose weight and exercise” but since I’m a lot less than that and exercise very regularly, it was a little more difficult!  He thought about 90% of my cholesterol is made by my own body and isn’t dietary, so he wanted to put me on medication, but since pregnancy is, hopefully, a likely reality in the near future, I can’t really be on medication.  So he told me to be aware of it and call him back when I was done with the “pregnancy thing.”  Interesting…  <\/p>\n

Yesterday, I was totally unmotivated to do ANYTHING.  So I started the laundry and started taking down Christmas decorations and went shopping with Karen some in the afternoon.  Then I read most of the evening and finished Book 4 of Harry Potter before I went to bed last night!<\/p>\n
