I have not yet started Harry Potter Book 5 (Order of the Phoenix).  But I did work on my knitting while Eric was at orchestra rehearsal yesterday evening.  Yes, I taught myself to knit this summer.  I’m still really bad at it, but I’m learning a few things.  My fingers were really hurting, though, when I finally put it down for the night!<\/p>\n

I also went grocery shopping yesterday and boxed up most of my Christmas decorations.  The tree is not yet down, but the long, boring work of re-wrapping the lights correctly is done.  So today, hopefully, I’ll get the motivation to finish everything up and get our house back to normal.  I also need to finish the laundry (ie, put things away and wash\/iron the permanent press clothes) and work on arranging my classes which start next week.  We’ll see what happens, though!<\/p>\n

Tonight, I think I’m going to take my husband on a date.  I’m not sure what to do.  Anyone got ideas for a fun (and fairly inexpensive) date night? <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
