{"id":797,"date":"2007-07-30T09:06:59","date_gmt":"2007-07-30T09:06:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/10.131.168.108\/wordpress\/?p=797"},"modified":"2014-01-04T03:15:47","modified_gmt":"2014-01-04T03:15:47","slug":"797","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elhogue.com\/shannah\/2007\/07\/30\/797\/","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Happy Monday everyone!<\/p>\n<p>It was a crazy busy weekend for us.&nbsp; We left on Friday at about 5:00 pm to head for John Bryan State Park for a camping weekend with some of the couples from our small group.&nbsp; It was a blast!&nbsp; I&#8217;ll give a brief overview now with&nbsp; more details with pics later.<\/p>\n<p>Friday night:&nbsp; Arrival, Set up, Start the fire, Dinner, Clean up, Hanging out at the campfire, Bedtime<\/p>\n<p>Friday night:&nbsp; a visit from raccoons woke a number of us up.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday:&nbsp; Breakfast, Hiking, Lunch, Hanging out, Games, Youngs Dairy, Cornhole, Dinner, Games\/Hanging out, Bedtime<\/p>\n<p>Saturday night: we were exhausted and slept hard!<\/p>\n<p>Sunday:&nbsp; Breakfast, cleanup, Broke camp, left John Bryan<\/p>\n<p>See&#8230;it was a fun and busy weekend! After we left, we went to my parents house in Cedarville to shower and clean up (John Bryan has less than stellar &#8220;facilities&#8221;!).&nbsp; We stayed for Sunday dinner; Deb and the girls came over, too, because Chris was at a NASCAR race with Indy for the day with Deb&#8217;s brother.&nbsp; They left, we picked some green beans from the garden and headed home.&nbsp; We relaxed for most of the evening&#8230;very enjoyable!<\/p>\n<p>Today, my plans include a trip to WalMart, unpacking and sorting our piles of stuff, doing laundry (everything smells like camp\/smoke), and attempting to can the green beans we got yesterday.&nbsp; That&#8217;s right, I think I&#8217;m going to try my hand at pressure cooker canning.&nbsp; Wish me luck!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Happy Monday everyone!
