So, I’m sitting today in my sister’s living room watching her son in his bouncy seat while the dog is crashed on the floor. Today is the first day of my baby-sitting stint (Eric called me Supernanny on his way to work), helping Karen out for the last few weeks of school. I’ll be watching J for three and a half weeks, and Erik’s mom will be watching him for the last week of school. We will be on vacation that week.<\/P>
So far, nothing terribly exciting has happened. I’ve played some with the dog, talked with the baby some, and I’m pretty much just waiting for him to want to eat (which should be very soon). He’s already getting just a little fussy, I think. Karen left me a list of things “to know”; we shall see how it goes…<\/P>
Yesterday, I got a number of things done. I hung up another birdfeeder and filled both of them. <\/P>

Okay, now it’s 9:40, and I’m just getting back to Xanga. That’s life with a baby’s schedule, I guess!<\/P>
Anyway, back to yesterday…I also did laundry and a number of little projects that I’ve just wanted to do for a while. And I went to Meijer briefly. In the evening, Eric and I ran to Target to get a Mother’s Day card for his mom, and we picked up a couple of other things as well. Then home to watch some TV and then to bed.<\/P>
