It&#8217;s also about letting other people rise to meet their full potential.<\/p>\n<p>Pressure cooker canning is not hard, but I find its precision daunting.<\/p>\n<p>Canning is much more fun as a team sport.<\/p>\n<p>I am a book hoarder.<\/p>\n<p>I still like cross stitch.<\/p>\n<p>My kids are able to do a lot more than I give them credit for.<\/p>\n<p>Alex likes soft tacos.<\/p>\n<p>I absolutely hate it when people ignore me, particularly my emails or texts.<\/p>\n<p>Harry Potter is still a great story.<\/p>\n<p>I have no idea how to find the joy in my life.<\/p>\n<p>I still dislike riding ferris wheels (I rode one for the first time in years), but I absolutely love Scrambler rides.<\/p>\n<p>My kids are showing all the signs of becoming incredible little people.<\/p>\n<p>All these years, I&#8217;ve seen my life in terms of God testing me, waiting to give me a big fat F, when really, he&#8217;s been extending me a never-ending stream of invitations to join him.<\/p>\n<p>A thank-you card is always worth writing and totally amazing to receive.<\/p>\n<p>Reading the <a href=\"https:\/\/axis.org\/ct\/\">Culture Translator <\/a>emails on Saturday mornings is great (even though the topics are teen\/tween level).<\/p>\n<p>And lastly, I really need good sleep patterns to be functional.
