Welcome!<\/p>\n

I’m a recovering perfectionist who’s learning to drink deeply of God’s grace. A used-to-be loner who’s tentatively exploring the hard and holy place of community.\u00a0I’m a one-time overachiever who is learning to let failure lead me forward instead of driving me away. I’m trading my tethered, restricted life for an anchored life–one that is grounded but well-lived, rooted and yet open to great adventures.<\/p>\n

I’ve been called spitfire, sassy, sarcastic, and smart.\u00a0I am a wife, mom, sister, friend. I prefer real life and hard truths. I love to read, to write, to speak (it’s getting me to shut up that’s the hard part!) and to explore well-made arguments. I’m learning to cultivate a well-lived life with my family in a blue house out in the country.<\/p>\n

I want you to find your well-lived life. No more hiding. No more masks.<\/p>\n

My goals are simple:<\/p>\n

  1. Encourage you in your real-life journey. I want you to walk away empowered and engaged in the life you are creating for yourself.<\/li>\n
  2. Equip you to understand and engage your world, to ask hard questions and think broadly and deeply, and to explore with confidence the Bible<\/li>\n
  3. Help you to Experience God by learning what the Bible says about Him, about itself and about the life you really life.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In this community, no topic is off limits, but we will engage respectfully and kindly. And together, I’m convinced we can find our own well-lived life and watch God change our world, a little at a time.<\/p>\n
