Random Thoughts for Wednesday:
- My laptop keeps freezing during the night so that the screen won’t come back on. I have to turn it off and back on to get it to work. It’s getting annoying.
- I just discovered that my husband has started a facebook page. I have no idea when he did it. It seems to be primarily connecting his friends from college. Crazy…
- Parchment paper is my new favorite thing. It’s so nice not to have to wash my cookie sheets everytime I use them.
- I blanched and bagged green beans for freezing yesterday. I was very proud of myself!
- Eric got home about 7:30 last night from his trip. I was so glad to have him back. Love that guy!
- I made myself a roast with mashed potatoes and gravy for dinner last night. I have no idea what possessed me to go all-out like that, but it tasted YUMMY!
- I don’t have a lot of plans for the day. Maybe some errands. Maybe some work around the house. We’ll see…
I was this close to having the entire HP Book 7 spoiled for me! I flipped over to your page, scrolled down and managed to see HARRY POTTER ALERT. I read item 1 before I even realized what I was doing! AHHH!!!!
Oh well, I figured that one, I mean the good guy can’t die, right!

Trisha, go to Hobby Lobby or JoAnn’s online and print a 40% coupon, then buy the parchment paper with that. (Or ask Donna for the coupon from the Sunday paper.)

Is your laptop set to fall asleep, or does it just happen? That used to happen with our pc when we have Windows ME on it – annoying is right!
Hmmm… I have to make a bunch of cookies for someone going on a prison ministry – parchment paper might be a huge timesaver instead of washing the cookie sheets off in between batches. Is it expensive?
