On an overcast Tuesday…
- It is already hot outside. Very hot.
- My meeting in Cedarville yesterday was a complete waste of time. Annoying.
- I went to my office before I came home. I couldn’t log on. My computer wasn’t “registered” with the network, I guess. It’s supposedly fixed now.
- I went to the library instead of working in my office.
- I talked to my mom for a good long time after the meeting.
- Today I’m helping Karen clean and set up in her classroom. I also need to take the recyclables out of my house and garage. The piles are getting a bit overwhelming!
And about the hair…
- I spent an hour and a half at the salon yesterday morning. For a $25 haircut, I also got a mini massage, a mini facial, shampoo, cut, blowdry and style. And I had a gift certificate, so the whole thing was free!
Here’s what my hair looked like before.
BTW: the facial expression was the result of the cornhole game I was playing at the time! Eric thought it was hysterical!
Here’s what the cut looked like with the stylist’s version of my style. They always do “strange” things!
And here’s what it looks like this morning…

to clarify that train of thought: (gosh, too many comments, sorry!) I think i was only there 3 years as a camper & I can remember 3 different cabins & counselors besides you…so maybe it was the family camp thing.
Cute hair–like the way you did it. Sorry I missed you at Scioto–we were there 96 and 97.
and do you have a sweet little voice?
IN the 90’s, not of.
how late of the 90’s? like ’97ish??? are you shortish?
i think you were my counselor maybe…but i think i was only a camper for 3 years…but, i was also there for family camp, so maybe you were my chapel counselor at family camp…but i KNOW i recognize you from there….

Very cute hair! Now you’re ready to face the new school year with a fresh look!
Love the way you do it! Very nice!! Stylists… you’d think they’d listen a little better and style it how we like it, but oh, well!
very cute!!
I like your style better!
All the stuff you got for $25 was nice, though! Good job!
I have never figured out why hair people have to pouf and do those wierd things…..Yea on your free ‘do – – -it looks great!
I’m re-reading ALL the Potters…..much more coherent when you don’t have to wait 2 years between books! I’m on Book 6, and have Harry overload now…..
