Quick Prayer Request

So it was sort of a stressful morning for me, and it would make me feel better if my Xanga friends would say a quick prayer.

On my way to C-ville today, I was rear ended at a stop light.  We were both stopped.  I started forward, but then stopped again because an ambulance was entering the intersection.  The lady behind me didn’t see the ambulance, didn’t stop, and hit me.  There didn’t seem to be damage to either cars, and I’m pretty sure all is fine with the babies. My neck and shoulders are a bit tight tonight, but frankly I don’t care much about that.  I did call my doctor’s office and they didn’t seem concerned (though they gave me some things to watch out for).

But would you just pray that all would be well.  Thanks!

  1. I rear-ended someone while pregnant with Kayla, and the doctor said the only thing she probably noticed was my increased heart rate.  I’m sure those babies are doing fabulously in there!!  Gail’s right – the way God’s designed your body for those babies is amazing!  Praying for you!

  2. I hope you’re still doing okay…I haven’t heard anything otherwise. I’m still praying for you anyway. When’s your next appointment?

  3. Aw, Darlin’. I’m sure you’re more sore today. Babies ARE socked in there pretty tight. Praying for no fear.

  4. Praying for you lovely Shannah and the little ones – how awful you poor thing.  Take care and keep us posted on how you are doing!

  5. Praying!  I’m so very sorry.  The good news is that God designed us to be a very safe vessel for carrying babies.  And He knew this was going to happen, as terrible as it is.  Hugs and prayers, comin’ your way!
