Now and Later

Now: 10 Hours and Counting
Later:  “What have I gotten myself into?!?”

I realize that by the time most of you read this post, the babies will probably have been born already (and I’ll probably be asking myself that second question!).  I will try to get the info up as soon as I can.  But that’s not my point here.

Mostly, I just wanted to say thanks to you all.

Thanks for all the encouragement.  All the prayers.  All the countless comments and requests for pictures.  For everything.  It’s not that “I can’t believe it’s been 38 weeks already” because, trust me, it’s felt like 38 weeks (maybe longer!).  But I do know that my Xangals are one of the primary reasons we’ve survived so far and done so well.  I truly do appreciate you ladies!

Please do keep us in your prayers as we jump into this crazy new adventure.  As I’m sure you will.

I’ll be back just as soon as possible…with pictures!!

  2. You were on my mind a lot this weekend and I have been praying for you.  See by the comments they are here and I can’t wait to hear all the stats and the names and of course see pictures!!!  Rest as much as you can in the hospital!!!  I know that is easier said than done.

  3. Praying for you as your life changes drastically. May God’s blessing be poured out on all of you in ways that you can’t even imagine.

  4. Oh Shannah, so excited for you! Congratulations on your new babies – we are so proud of you and can’t wait to “meet” baby boy and girl Hogue!! Praying for your, and their, health.

  6. You probably won’t check this before you leave.  But I love you! Can’t wait to meet my newest neice and my only nephew. Praying for you, for way too many things to list!

  7. I normally don’t check xanga over the weekend, but I checked tonight just to see if you updated… and you had! I will be praying for you!

  8. I’m so glad you posted.  I was actually thinking of you tonight and wondering if you were nervous or excited or both for tomorrow.  I hope you get some rest tonight for the big day.  I had a hard time sleeping the night before my little one was born (I was induced).  I just prayed for you guys and will continue to tomorrow.  Looking forward to pictures and hearing the names!
