Yesterday, I cleaned the loft.  I filed all the old bills that were stacked around the room.  I shredded a bunch of stuff, and I cleaned up the pieces of technology that Eric leaves lying around.  He always whines a bit when I clean the loft, but it must be done occasionally.  And I never throw anything away…just put it where it goes!

I did run some errands.  And I was much annoyed when I realized that the brand new bag of chocolate chips I bought tastes stale.  They shouldn’t be, but they don’t have a good flavor at all.  In the afternoon, I also made an angel food cake to take to my accountability group today.  That made Eric happy (angel food cake is his favorite!).  I baked the batter in 2 9-in. loaf pans.  He ate half of one of the loaves last night!

Karen and I had fun in Cedarville, but it was a VERY tiring night.  We were a bit late for our meeting, but that’s just how it goes when we have to come down on a work night (for Karen) by 7:00.  We met at my mom’s house, and Deb brought the girls and Chris with her, which really worked out well.  So it was fun to see everyone; Karen and I stayed and chatted until almost 9:30…I was very tired when I got up today!
