EDIT: OH…I forgot something! This morning when I came back from exercising, I unlocked the door and tossed the key onto the end table where it normally sits. Unfortunately it bounced off the table and down the vent that is just behind it. Any good ideas for getting the key back? End Edit
This will have to be quick…I have A LOT of stuff to do today.
I painted until about 3:15 yesterday, and my body really complained about the hunched-over position. But it is totally worth it when you step back and look at all you got accomplished! We won’t be painting next week, so I’m done for a week or so. Hopefully, my hand will be uncurled from the “paintbrush” position by then!
Today I have to run errands and get the house/chores ready for us to be gone all weekend. I also want to get most of the stuff ready for our departure tomorrow, so that means thinking through what clothes to take and such. The cabin is fully equipped. All we need is our personal stuff and food. Of course that also means I have to plan meals for 3 days before we leave. Oh well! At least the cabin has a grill there, so we can have good stuff!
Can you see them? If so, Trisha’s idea will work if you have a strong enough magnet. If you don’t, try undoing an old fashioned wire hanger and putting the hooked end down to capture them. Good Luck!!
Magnet on a string.
Take Eric’s keys and get copies made. Forget about the ones in the vent.
Feel free to have as much fun as you want, I just don’t need to hear the details on a PUBLIC Web site!
You know…Kim thinks we’re boring married people, but she won’t let us talk about the fun married stuff.
^ ^ Hmmm… trust me, I’ll think of something to say! ^ ^
^ I am so glad that after this baby is born, you will not be allowed for a while! ^
We loved staying in a cabin for our honeymoon and making our own stuff to eat! Of course, we both like to cook, and Kyle hates going out to eat (since there’s so little he’ll eat)! Plus, then you don’t have to go anywhere if you don’t want to! Who needs to with a jacuzzi, a hot tub, a big bed… wait, I think I’m getting into a non-xanga-etiquette area here. By the way, waved some flags this morning to get my day going! (Comment just for you, Kimberly!
)
I’m not sure I really consider it a get-away if you still have to cook all your meals. I’m not much into cooking though. I guess it does save on money which Chris would really like! Hope you have a great time.
