Again…not much to blog about today.  Yesterday, I did some cleaning and ironing.  Went to WalMart.  Read a book for a while.  Nothing exciting, really.   Today’s not shaping up to be much different.  I’m hosting a party thing on Thursday, so I should do some cleaning for that, though it could wait until tomorrow.  I need to think of and buy my brother’s birthday present, so I may end up running around for that.  We’ll see…

I did realize this morning that having Karen get a house is going to be VERY happy for my storage situation.  Our house does have good storage room, but I’ve been holding some of her stuff in closets (like her wedding gown and slip) that take up a lot of room.  How fun it will be to put that stuff in HER new closets!

Oh yeah.  LABOR DAY?!?!  That’s a little crazy, because that’s longer than the 6 weeks they recommend you have off!  Unless she had a c-section, but still!!!!  My doctor said I’m fine to go back to work, but no flag waving until further notice.  Kyle’s a lot more upset about that than I am!  It’s scary for me!

  3. Yes, that dress AND Trisha’s  are still in my closet. I don’t think they have been in the way too much…at least I haven’t noticed it if they have been!! We should maybe check them though to make sure they haven’t gotten moth eaten anywhere. I’ll try to remember to do that soon!

  4. I love my wedding dress.  And I have it on good authority from our photographer that it hid that “little pouch” that I have. 

  7. I believe my wedding dress is still being stored at my parents house. Somehow we never remember or have enough to room to bring it back here with us. Oh well, I would just have to find a closet to store it in here.

  8. I need to get that dress cleaned and put away.  Thanks for storing everything for me!   I will be happy to have them back.
