That’s how long I’ve been cooped up in my house. I went to the mall on Monday night (got home about 8:30) and haven’t been out since then. I am VERY excited to run some errands today. I just can’t stay inside any more!
Eric was home with me all day yesterday. He spent most of the day shoveling the driveway. It really took most of the day because he kept needing to take breaks. The layer of solid ice on top of the inches of snow meant he had to work VERY hard. But he got it all done, and his back hurts some today, but it was all worth it because now I can get out of my house!
Today I have some options of things to do (other than the planned errands, of course). I didn’t iron yesterday, so I should do that today. We’re going away for the weekend, so I need to tidy things up so I don’t have to come back to a dirty house. And I really should read papers. But we’ll see what I actually do!
^ the grass is always greener… ^
I am so weird. I think I could stay here for a week straight with NO PROBLEM. Especially if I could be alone and set my own agenda. I crave time like that.
I’ve only seen the Taco Bell commercial once. I think it was during the Super Bowl. And I think we watch a lot of tv so watching more might not help you out!
How’s your haircut?
^ That boy has some crazy ideas sometimes! ^
I agree that working is not getting out of the house. Chris and I have had that discussion about my working on Saturdays. Sometimes he refers to it as my “break.” How can it be a break when I’m working?!?!
I guess you’ve been out all morning. Good for you! I know about being stuck inside. It gets old after awhile. Does that mean you’re looking forward to classes tomorrow?
I don’t really know that I would say I’m nesting. I never did it with Sierra anyway. It’s more from living with someone for 6 years who likes everything to be in its place. It can be a little annoying sometimes, but for the most part, I’ve changed to liking everything to be in its place, too.
^ I bet they’re going to the farm. ^
I try to be a bad influence whenever possible if it means less cleaning for anyone!
Glad you finally get to go out! Although, with that huge new TV and a counter full of roses, the indoors couldn’t have been too unpleasant, right?
It is nice to get out!
Where are you going this weekend?
Get out and have fun! Those papers will still be there later!!
