Everybody seemed a little “blah” yesterday…I’m not sure how much was caused by the weather and how much by the long, busy weekend. My student who LOVES the Colts was in a very good mood, but overall, my students were just bland. But then again, so was I yesterday! So I finished classes and organized my life a bit in my office. Then I headed home.
The evening was all about relaxing. I read a book until Eric got home. He thinks he knows what TV we should buy with our tax refund, so he was very excited about that. Then we watched TV all evening, even ate dinner on the couch. I also knitted some and we both played Sudoku puzzles. Then we went to bed. Sleep is a lovely thing.
I wish I had something more exciting to talk about today. I will have to work on that…
I am glad that today is not a day that you drive to Cedarville and back!! I am looking out the window in Columbus, wondering just how I am going to make it home tonight myself. 🙂
It is warmer than freezing here today. It has hovered right around freezing a couple days in the past week. And I haven’t heard anything about snow yet, so we must not be forecasted to get it. If there’s even a slight chance of snow, they start talking about it as soon as possible to get everyone worked up about it!
I picture her being VERY involved in her knitting, concentrating to the point of absurdity. I have no idea why.
I have to admit that I, too, am always entertained by the mental picture of you knitting.
I don’t think you need anything more exciting! I think that kind of an evening sounds perfect!!
You should take your knitting stuff to church and do it there. That would amuse me even more. LOL
I’m just picturing you knitting on the couch. It’s amusing in my mind.
What are you doing? See, you got a day off, too.
When you discover the techniques for having something more exciting to talk about let me know…from the look of my posts, I surely need it!
