Christmas is officially over now.  How sad.  My living room is cleaned up and (mostly) put back together and all the boxes of Christmas stuff have been re-stored in the basement.  It was a good feeling to organize and arrange and generally tidy up my house, though.

Eric and I did not go out last night.  He had a headache when he got home, so we just hung out here.  We relaxed in front of the tv for dinner so we could watch an episode of It Takes a Thief that we had never seen (that’s unusual) and then he worked on computer stuff for a bit and I read a book (HP #5).  Other than that, I ran a couple of errands in the morning and worked on finishing up the laundry.  I’ll need to iron today I guess.

I plan to run to the mall today, too.  Eric needs some new jeans and I just feel like wandering around.  It’s supposed to be rainy all day, so shopping is always a good activity for gray days!

How sad that I have nothing terribly interesting to say this morning…

  1. Since I haven’t been keeping up with xanga at all this month. . .  I am confused – please tell me you are re-reading the HP books?! Ha Ha!  I saw a poster for the new HP movie at Lennox last week.  I think it comes out in June or July.

  2. I managed to ramble, too.

Too bad about date night not happening. Another time, perhaps.

We need to pick another night this month to get together since tonight didn’t work out. We have the 12, 19, 20, and 26 free (with preference given to the 20).

  3. I felt the same way this morning about having nothing to say.  I managed to ramble a bit anyway, though!  I’m really good at it!

  4. I am envious of your leisurely schedule without any classes to teach! I don’t even go to work any more, but my to do list is just a perpetual thing. So wander around the mall at your own pace, iron if you feel like, read HP, and do it honor of those of us whose lives don’t operate on that pace today (or most any other days!).
